Ted and Dawn are graduates of Delaware State University where they were college sweethearts that have been happily married for over 29 years. After faithfully serving their former church for over 20 years, the Lord called them to start their own ministry called the “The Family Church” in Voorhees, NJ. The Family Church is a family of believers who live out kingdom culture, demonstrate fearless faith and change their world by restoring God’s family! In addition to serving their congregation, they have been the chaplains for the Philadelphia Eagles’ football team for the past 21 seasons. Their transparent approach to ministering has enabled many people to be totally set free individually as well as in their marriages. Their hearts’ desire is to minister to the very soul of an individual so that they can live a victorious life in Christ Jesus. Ted and Dawn are graduates of Vision International University with Pastoral and Biblical Studies Certificates. Together they make an “Awesome Pastoral Team” and are committed to serving the Kingdom of God! They have two adult children, Tierra & Theo II, and grandson named Jonathan.

TED WINSLEY
Theodore T. Winsley Sr., "Pastor Ted" - as he is affectionately called, Pastors, alongside his wife, Dawn, a
nondenominational, multi-ethnic, Bible-based church located in Voorhees, New Jersey called The Family Church. He has also been chaplain to the players of the Philadelphia Eagles since 2001 and is
the chaplain for the Voorhees & Cherry Hill Police Departments. He is on the front lines as a facilitator for the Certified Resilient Minds and trains across professions on how to cope with trauma. Pastor Ted has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Delaware State University, a Pastoral Certificate, and an Associate's Degree from Vision
International University. Pastor Ted has been married to Dawn, his college sweetheart, since 1993. He is the proud father of two children, Tierra and Theodore Il, and grandfather to Jonathan. Pastor Ted is also the author of View from the End Zone: Four Tests You Must Pass to Win in Life.

CO. PASTOR
Dawn Winsley is the co-pastor of The Family Church, located in
Voorhees, NJ. In addition, she is the
co-founder of a non-profit organization, Family Matters Community
Development Corporation, which
services disadvantaged youth in the areas of tutoring and mentorship.
She also services the communities of Voorhees and Cherry Hill, NJ as
a police chaplain. Her ministry has extended for over 21 years in
teaching bible study for the wives as well as married couples of the
Philadelphia Eagles. Pastor Dawn has earned a Biblical Studies
Certificate as well as a School of Ministry Certification in Pastoral
Studies through Vision International University. She holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Special & Regular Education and a Master's
Degree in Education Administration. Pastor Dawn has been happily
married since 1993 to Pastor Ted Winsley and is the mother of two
children, Tierra and Theo, and grandmother to Jonathan.
